- Maintain a sustainable production schedule for baked goods to supply two high volume concepts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members
Baker Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, specifically for croissant, sourdough, brioche, and baguette
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in measurement and timing
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication
