Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Create repair orders and schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive service environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with mechanics and technicians
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer information and repair orders
- Cash handling experience is a plus
