Compensation: $20/hour during training; transition to base performance incentives

Role Overview
As a Sales Development Assistant (SDA), you are the first point of human connection for individuals exploring financial clarity through George Wealth Management.
Rather than selling products, you introduce prospects to planning tools and review opportunities that help them:
- Assess whether they are on track financially
- Understand whether their estate planning documents are current and aligned
- Explore proactive college planning strategies that can reduce long-term cost and stress
Your role is to start thoughtful, respectful conversations, understand what matters to the prospect, and schedule consultations with advisors when it makes sense—using a calm, permission-based approach rooted in our Natural Selling process.
Your goal isn’t to sell. It’s to open the door to clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Initiate genuine, respectful conversations with leads generated through digital, referral, and marketing channels
- Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand goals, concerns, and timing
- Introduce George Wealth Management’s planning tools and review process in a clear, non-salesy way
- Schedule qualified consultations for advisors and document notes accurately in Redtail
Call, Text & Email Outreach
- Complete consistent daily call blocks with a professional, calm phone presence
- Use compliant text messaging via MyRepChat and personalized emails through FMG Suite
- Maintain steady communication while respecting client boundaries and preferences
CRM Management
- Keep lead notes, appointment details, and status updates clearly documented in Redtail
- Identify prospects who may benefit from longer-term education or nurturing campaigns
Collaboration & Growth
- Participate in ongoing Simmie.ai call simulations, coaching, and feedback sessions
- Apply Natural Selling principles in both live conversations and practice scenarios
- Coordinate closely with advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and positive client experiences
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent weekly activity of 300–400 calls, delivered with confidence and professionalism
- Achievement of the “Golden 3” performance metrics:
- Connect Rate: ~13.3%
- Set Rate: ~16.7% of connects
- Show Rate: ~72.5%
- ≈ 1.7 meetings set and 1.2 meetings kept per 10 meaningful conversations
- Active contribution to a supportive, accountable, and purpose-driven team culture

Educational guidance designed to help families review existing estate documents, identify gaps, and organize priorities before engaging an attorney.
· College Planning Guidance
Proactive planning strategies—starting as early as middle school—that can lower the overall cost of college and reduce future reliance on student and parent loans.
· Financial Decision-Making Seminars
Live and virtual sessions that help individuals understand how behavior, emotions, and habits impact financial decisions.

Qualifications
Required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Coachable and comfortable following a structured process
- Positive, curious, and professional phone presence
Preferred
- Experience in sales development, appointment setting, or client service
- Familiarity with Redtail, FMG Suite, or MyRepChat
- Interest in personal finance, financial wellness, or behavioral coaching
Training & Development
You’ll complete our structured Natural Selling Training Program, which includes:
- Simmie.ai call simulations with real-world SmartAsset, estate planning, and college planning scenarios
- Behavioral finance insights using the Atlas Point Financial Behavior Model
- Permission-based concern handling and conversation flow training
- Personalized performance rubrics and ongoing coaching
