About George Wealth Management

At George Wealth Management, we help individuals, families, and business owners gain clarity and confidence in their financial decisions.

Our planning philosophy centers on three foundational questions:

  1. Can I make work optional?
  2. Am I using my money wisely?
  3. Is my money positioned correctly?

We believe financial guidance should feel natural, educational, and empowering—never pressured. Our approach blends traditional financial planning with behavioral insights and practical tools that help people understand where they stand today and what options are available moving forward.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Assistant (SDA), you are the first point of human connection for individuals exploring financial clarity through George Wealth Management.

Rather than selling products, you introduce prospects to planning tools and review opportunities that help them:

  • Assess whether they are on track financially
  • Understand whether their estate planning documents are current and aligned
  • Explore proactive college planning strategies that can reduce long-term cost and stress

Your role is to start thoughtful, respectful conversations, understand what matters to the prospect, and schedule consultations with advisors when it makes sense—using a calm, permission-based approach rooted in our Natural Selling process.

Your goal isn’t to sell. It’s to open the door to clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Initiate genuine, respectful conversations with leads generated through digital, referral, and marketing channels
  • Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to understand goals, concerns, and timing
  • Introduce George Wealth Management’s planning tools and review process in a clear, non-salesy way
  • Schedule qualified consultations for advisors and document notes accurately in Redtail

Call, Text & Email Outreach

  • Complete consistent daily call blocks with a professional, calm phone presence
  • Use compliant text messaging via MyRepChat and personalized emails through FMG Suite
  • Maintain steady communication while respecting client boundaries and preferences

CRM Management

  • Keep lead notes, appointment details, and status updates clearly documented in Redtail
  • Identify prospects who may benefit from longer-term education or nurturing campaigns

Collaboration & Growth

  • Participate in ongoing Simmie.ai call simulations, coaching, and feedback sessions
  • Apply Natural Selling principles in both live conversations and practice scenarios
  • Coordinate closely with advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and positive client experiences

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent weekly activity of 300–400 calls, delivered with confidence and professionalism
  • Achievement of the “Golden 3” performance metrics:
  • Connect Rate: ~13.3%
  • Set Rate: ~16.7% of connects
  • Show Rate: ~72.5%
  • 1.7 meetings set and 1.2 meetings kept per 10 meaningful conversations
  • Active contribution to a supportive, accountable, and purpose-driven team culture
