We are actively recruiting for a Healthcare Account Lead – Hospitals & Skilled Nursing, based in Boston, MA region
The company helps thousands of families each year find the right senior care solutions, including home care, independent living, memory care, and assisted living.
A competitive salary uncapped commission structure will be on offer.
Responsibilities include:
- Work in a growing industry dedicated to helping families and referral sources find timely solutions for seniors transitioning from hospitals to suitable community settings or home care agencies
- Utilize and analyze CRM reports and internal data to develop and manage your pipeline.
- Establish connections in each account via networking, cold calls, and presentations. Follow up with referral sources on discharge outcomes to highlight the company's value.
- Daily fieldwork with your Regional Director to create a weekly account plan for nurturing and growing accounts to meet monthly targets.
- Develop and grow your portfolio of accounts to boost referral volume in your territory
- Achieve your monthly target of families choosing senior care options by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market accounts.
- Manages a client portfolio of social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within this territory.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
- 2 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with the Senior Living Sector
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Required to travel locally to accounts within your territory on a daily basis during the five-day work week.
