Location: Oregon or Washington (Remote-based, up to 50% travel required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership:
- Own the full lubricants P&L and manage EBITDA growth.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans and financial targets.
- Drive accountability for financial outcomes and optimize back-office improvements.
- Growth & Pipeline Discipline:
- Build a structured growth engine for revenue and margin expansion.
- Manage pipeline development, ensuring forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
- Implement disciplined pricing strategies and analyze pricing performance.
- Supplier Strategy & Optimization:
- Lead supplier relationships to maximize strategic support.
- Align programs with growth strategies and optimize supplier offerings.
- Working Capital & Asset Efficiency:
- Drive improvements in working capital and asset utilization.
- Partner with finance and operations to enhance cash flow and capital returns.
Ideal Experience:
- Proven experience in managing revenue-generating business units.
- 5 years of outside sales experience in the B2B environment, preferably in the lubricant industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven growth and efficiency strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Results-oriented with experience in exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and C-suite presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and adaptability.
