Perks & Compensation:
- Earn up to $176 for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term. While pay varies based on certification, school, and the assignment, we strive to pay some of the highest rates among substitute providers.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for education and putting students first
- An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
- College credits, Associate’s Degree or a Bachelors Degree
- Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
- State & federal background checks
You’ll Stand Out If You:
- Have a teaching credential/certificate
- Have previous experience in special education settings
- Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience
