The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation is seeking a polished, reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our team and help ensure our office operates efficiently and effectively. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in day-to-day administrative and office support. The combination of traditional administrative functions with front-desk responsibilities requires exceptional communication skills, dependability, a friendly attitude, attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done and done well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors both in-person and on the phone, serving as the professional, friendly face of the Foundation.
- Regularly interact with grantee representatives, staff, board members, vendors, and other partners.
- Prepare meeting materials and boardroom for meetings and events.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate visitor schedules.
- Provide light office upkeep.
- Support team members and ensure the smooth functioning of the office with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a professional office environment.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and experience using database systems.
- Interest in philanthropy or nonprofit work is a must!
