Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and follow-up on leads generated from the internet or other sources.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to enter customer information, establish and maintain customer relationships, and track customer engagement efforts
- Schedule demonstrations and follow-up appointments
- Assist customers in identifying vehicles that meet their lifestyle, budget, and car needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automobile sales, products, and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with customers as well as managing a high volume of phone calls and emails.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
