An Accounting Billing Clerk will be responsible for...completing multiple tasks of the Accounting Department.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Bill and audit new and used vehicle deals
- Review deal documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Post vehicle sales and related transactions in Reynolds & Reynolds
- Process license and title transactions accurately and promptly
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
- Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
- No experience is necessary. We will train you!
