This role involves managing the front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to mental health and physical health, and well-being. Additionally, this position requires effective communication and coordination with clinical staff to ensure that patient care is prioritized. Ultimately, the Front Office team member will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services. This position will be not be remote.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.Experience with mental health services or knowledge of mental health issues.Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes.Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse client base.Certification in medical office administration or a related area.Responsibilities:Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for providers.Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and support.Process patient intake forms and maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.Skills:The required skills for this role, such as strong organizational abilities, will be utilized daily to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that the front office, back office runs smoothly.
