Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage a designated territory through proactive territory management, ensuring consistent coverage and relationship building with key accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain strong account management by nurturing existing client relationships, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits, emphasizing how our solutions address specific client challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships to close deals successfully.
  • The products we market included LS tractors, Walker Mowers, JLG Lifts, and Agricultural attachments.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on direct customer engagement.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation efforts.
  • Expertise in business development strategies that expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles that support effective product demos and upselling techniques.
  • Analysis skills to interpret sales metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in retail or inside sales environments is a plus, along with familiarity with CRM tools and technology solutions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $95,000.00 per year
