Represents the company professionally to third-party providers, employees, and community organizations. This person should consistently demonstrate Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Leadership.Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to the Safety teamRequests certificates from various training agencies and files in Companys softwareMaintains safety statistics and responds to prequalification requestsCreates graphs, charts, and other visual displays to track Companys safety performanceAttends department meetings, takes notes, and shares information with those missing in attendanceDevelops presentation materials for presentations the Safety department deliversReports incidents using the Companys software and assists safety managers in tracking and trending the related data pulled to develop strategies to drive complianceForwards notification of incidents to project management teams, as neededCommunicates with field personnel to order, track, and maintain prescription glass programFiles various safety documentation as requestedAssigns cost codes to employee reimbursements and forwards to Finance for distributionMaintains foremans reports recordsPromptly requests checks from Accounts Payable as neededOrders, sets up, and coordinates lunches for Company meetingsMaintains tracking related to utility locate requestsCommunicates with superintendents regarding utility locators and utility needsSubmits new OUPS tickets for new projects and work areasCoordinates complex projects by scheduling meetings with facility owners and developing a marking schedule for utility coordinationParticipates in industry-related organizations to maintain understanding of industry tools related to underground damage preventionKnows and adheres to all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedThis list is non-exhaustive.
