Responsibilities
(This position may not include every example listed, nor do the examples cover all duties that may be performed. The work a Cement Mason may perform is within the scope of the agreement with the Cement Masons.)
- Finish concrete to appropriate specified finish and tolerances;
- Assist with concrete crew work;
- May spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, or trowels;
- May monitor how wind, heat, and/or cold may affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process;
- Communicates with supervision regarding training and safety equipment uncertainty;
- Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
