Experienced Barista with the ability to serve coffee and espresso beverages in a consistent manner and according to recipes. Must have the ability to provide quality customer service and demonstrate a knowledge of coffee products, brew methods, equipment, and tea products. Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention toward each customer.

- Respond to questions/orders/concerns in a professional manner.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for clues.
- Facilitate easy dialogue regarding product offerings with customers.
- Actively participate in training sessions to advance your coffee education.
- Craft beverages that adhere to the company’s quality standards.
- Communicates effectively with customers and co-workers
- Responds proactively to prevent negative customer service situations.
- Accurately rings sales orders into POS system and counts back change to the customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Restocks retail shelves when necessary
- Routinely cleans the bar area (do not forget the steam wand), retail shelving, floors, windows, grinders, vacuums, and takes out the trash.

- Move and lift supplies, equipment, boxes, and other items up to 50 pounds from the floor to shelves, under the counter, and up a set of stairs frequently
- Shift position in multiple directions to work all stations in the kitchen and behind the counter in the front of the house
