Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities

 

  • Engage and Guide: Connect with customers to understand their unique needs and help them find the perfect vehicle.

  • Be the Expert: Showcase your in-depth knowledge of our top-quality Cadillac and Kia inventory. You'll conduct test drives and exciting product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of each car.

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation and Benefits

 

This is a commission-based position – You make what you earn, and there’s no upper limit!

Qualifications:

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in any industry is required; automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen.
