What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at George Gandy Insurance?
CSR assist customers by taking payments, writing policies, making changes, answering phones, faxing and scanning. Must be able to use the computer, have good customer service skills, be able to multi-task, be dependable and honest. Bi-lingual a plus. Hours Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
