Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Scheduler. In this role, you will manage comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities while coordinating scheduling activities to ensure smooth operational flow. Your expertise in accounting systems, financial software, and scheduling processes will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and efficient appointment management. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, and general ledger accounting
- Process payroll accurately and timely while managing related documentation and compliance requirements
- Schedule jobs and meetings efficiently using spreadsheets and Google calendar management tools
- Process weekly payroll taxes, File quarterly forms
- Complete W2's and 1099's at year end
- Type Work Orders, Transmittal sheets and various governmental forms
Skills
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger accounting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Digital File management
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
