Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under industry standards and codes. Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential & commercial buildings
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and supervision to apprentice electricians
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Master Electrician
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, logic controllers, and low-voltage systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the trade
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
