Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting audits, and managing food safety documentation. This is an on-site role based in Morgan Hill, CA, requiring hands-on involvement in the daily operations to maintain the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP, and FSMA regulations
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred
