• Provide courteous and professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist laboratory personnel with routine operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare, laboratory, or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work activities.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
