What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Coordinate daily schedules in partnership with service managers
- Assist with various clerical tasks to support daily operations
Who Are You:
- Prior dispatch experience
- Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, or drain service & repair is a strong plus
- You’re organized, proactive, and a true team player
