Job Description/Responsibilities
- To create great relationships with our guests in a friendly, personable manner
- Accurately take orders and communicate effectively with guests
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, kitchen and management team
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years serving experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative for our guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
