MP&L Lead
Your tasks
- Lead the Logistics team in daily warehouse and logistics activities, including material movement, receiving, shipping, staging, and internal material flow and container handling
- Assist Supervisor in coordinating daily tasks for logistics personnel to support production requirements, shipment schedules, container availability and plant priorities
- Perform and Support inventory accuracy and material traceability through process discipline, transaction compliance, and timely issue escalation.
- Assist with inbound and outbound activities to ensure materials and shipments are received, handled, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Support container management activities, including container availability, tracking, condition, return flow, and escalation of shortages or discrepancies
- Verify that shipping, receiving, scanning, labeling, and system transactions are completed correctly and in accordance with plant requirements.
- Review, and report logistics KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shipping performance, receiving performance, container availability, FIFO compliance, and operational execution.
- Other duties as needed.
Your profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience leading logistics personnel is required.
- 1 years of SAP or ERP transaction processing is desired.
- 2 years of inventory Control, material flow experience is required.
