Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and remote guidance to customers through phone, video call, online message and ticket system.
- Handle customer escalations and urgent technical cases, ensure timely follow-up and proper resolution.
- Organize daily product issue records and compile standard technical solutions.
- Observe and spot potential product and service related issues, submit feedback and follow up for improvement.
- Collect post-launch product usage feedback, prepare training materials for new team members, maintain ticket data and submit regular summary reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English (written & verbal); Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience in technical support or customer service roles, familiar with standard support workflows.
- Good logical thinking and problem analysis skills, able to identify key causes of technical issues.
- Proactive working attitude, good communication and teamwork skills to resolve cases efficiently.
- Strong customer service mindset, sensitive to potential service and product related risks.
- Good execution capability, quick to learn new products and able to summarize work information efficiently.
