Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrative support for the service team
- Professionally greet and assist customers over the phone and in person
- Handle clerical duties, documentation, and daily office workflows
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks move through required departments
- Gather data and produce business reports
- Consolidate information into clear, usable formats for service and management teams
- Learn and leverage internal systems and technology; recommend process improvements
- Enjoy organizing complex workflows and keeping details straight
- Stay steady, positive, and focused when things get busy
- Are comfortable holding others accountable
- Take pride in finishing tasks accurately and on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong ownership of tasks and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple activities and adapt to variable workloads
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Tech‑friendly; able to learn systems quickly (SAP or EPICOR experience a plus)
- Effective at building relationships with co‑workers, customers, and vendors
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
