Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ERP applications and solutions (both inside and outside of the software) based on business requirements
- Provide technical and help desk support and assistance to clients and end-users
- Customize and configure the ERP system to meet business needs and optimize performance
- Communicate with other departments to understand their perspective and analyze requirements for the system
- Design and develop robust and scalable ERP solutions using company / industry best practices and technologies
- Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the ERP system
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to the ERP system
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to end-users
- Work within processes and practices developed by the IT team
- Other duties as assigned

- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can explain technical ideas to people of various skill levels
- Have a strong attention to detail and desire to produce high-quality work
- Enjoy collaboration and a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment that uses ERP software
- Experience in ERP system development and customization preferred
- Prior experience working with enterprise database systems
- Strong technical skills in programming languages and web technologies (our stack is typically SQL server, C#, JavaScript using Vue.js, in addition to the Epicor Kinetic stack)
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Basic network and computer troubleshooting
