What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Communicate fluently in both English and Russian (verbal and written).
- Proven sales experience in the U.S. market, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
- Strong background in business development, client acquisition, or account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly results-oriented.
