ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Sr. Site Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

·        Lead and organize interdepartmental communication and advocate and facilitate information flow to and from Site Leasing department.

·        Weekly and bi-weekly meetings with external site acquisition vendors and tower partners to monitor and facilitate timely builds.

·        Review case queue/reports to ensure there are no roadblocks/bottlenecks within the department.

·        Review and confirm invoices for monthly rent payments and escalations/amendments.

·        Develop KPI and tracking mechanisms to measure impact or effectiveness of Leasing department.

·        Lead a site leasing cost center, ensure budget adherence and develop cost efficiencies.

·        Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with Operations to keep projects moving towards build efficiently.

·        Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with accounting leadership and staff to discuss concerns and work together to put process flow in place.

·        Prioritize and manage Leasing and Event Management projects simultaneously.

·        Handles all issues and concerns with  professionalism and patience.

·        Forge positive relationships with both fellow staff, tower company contacts, potential new tower partners, and landlords.

·        Performs and assists in other duties as needed and directed.

•         Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma, minimum

2 years’ experience in site acquisition within the telecommunications industry.
