As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support the company's General Counsel and legal team in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and related legal matters. This role is integral in streamlining legal processes and providing practical support across the organization.

- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to support litigation, compliance, employment, corporate governance, and other legal matters.
- Assist in managing litigation files, including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence with internal teams and outside counsel.
- Support investigation of potential claims or disputes, including document collection, review, and organization.
- Track and manage third-party subpoenas, litigation holds, and e-discovery processes; coordinate with IT and other departments as needed.
- Draft legal documents, including affidavits, demand letters, joint-defense and non-disclosure agreements, and other correspondence.
- Support deposition and witness preparation by gathering documents and assisting with interviews of internal staff.
- Collaborate with Legal Affairs, Administrative, HR, IT, and other departments to organize, maintain, and improve corporate records and document management systems.
- Provide support for Board governance, M&A due diligence, insurance matters, and other corporate initiatives as needed.
- Act as a liaison between General Counsel, internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors.
- Perform other administrative tasks and legal support duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- 5 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis) and e-discovery/document management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and exercise good judgment regarding escalation.
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software and technologies.
