Role Description
The Manager, Automation Maintenance Engineering will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of automated equipment in an on-site, full-time role located in Plainfield, IN. Responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance schedules, ensuring that equipment meets operational standards, managing preventive maintenance programs, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians. The manager will also work to improve equipment reliability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance operations.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership experience
- Hands-on expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including planning and scheduling maintenance activities
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of automated systems and machinery
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience with automated logistics systems is a plus
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred
