We are seeking a full-time BIM Specialist to join our team on-site in Jeffersonville, IN. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, overseeing architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs, and reviewing submittals to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, maintaining BIM standards, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
- Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Expertise in reviewing and managing Submittals
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field
