Description Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Candidate will be assigned to the Deputy Program Manager. The candidate will be required to provide support to Flight and Training Operations teams. The primary task for this position is to provide administrative support to the ESOC management team. This support will include tracking management action items. Candidate may be responsible for updating metrics and charts. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing Requests For Support (RFS), assigning it, distributing to the appropriate group(s), coordinating, and/or providing assistance to appropriate organizations for expeditious resolution. The candidate must be willing to work off hours and weekends as required. In addition, the candidate must be able to provide other support in the HELO Program as may be required.

Qualifications & Experience Qualifications/Skills:
Candidate must be motivated and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be flexible in an environment of changing requirements and work well within a team environment. Good working PC knowledge with a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other common office environment software packages. The candidate must be willing to work off hours and weekends as required. Candidate must also possess a working knowledge of the general principles of technical document preparation and maintenance.

This position is subject to the Service Contract Act (“SCA”) and your pay and benefits comply with the Area-Wide Wage Determination (“AWD”) applicable to the contract. This position will pay no less than the amount included in the AWD for the corresponding labor category. Additionally, this position will be eligible to receive the Health and Welfare Benefit included in the AWD, less the cost of certain benefits, including retirement.
