The purpose/function of this
position is to perform and coordinate project administrative tasks for the
Human Landing System (HLS) Crew Compartment Office (CrewCo) within the
Exploration Development Integration (EDI) Office at JSC. Tasks include coordination
of calendars to ensure CrewCo engagement in HLS events, coordination of
meeting logistics and notices, taking technical meeting minutes, managing
Sharepoint team pages/content, recording and coordinating minutes and actions,
and general team records keeping. The person will work at Johnson Space Center
with a large team of System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) personnel
across multiple NASA centers in a hybrid virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting calendars
and associated CrewCo participation, including tracking new events,
tracking team member participation in meetings and developing look ahead team information
- Coordinating, setting up and
assisting to run meetings with mixed in-person and virtual attendance,
including meeting notices and coordination of availability
- Participate in meetings and
reviews to record and maintain technical minutes and document actions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to
develop, distribute and update meeting notices and internal distribution
lists
- Coordinate CrewCo forums
through agenda coordination, presenter coordination, track topics and
secure/protect presentation materials
- Organize, update and maintain
team Sharepoint pages and associated data
- Manage/organize record keeping
for team, including data access requests, weekly activity reports and
travel logistics
- Participate in team meetings,
status work progress and provide inputs for team success
- Assist in PowerPoint chart
package development and document editing
Requirements
Education/Experience
- Required
- A high school diploma
- Minimum of 4 years experience in administrative tasks
- Experience
working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and multi-task
assignments
- Must Reside in a HUBZone
