Building Inspector / Area Manager

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections of foundational and ground improvement work to verify existing conditions.
• Create assessments and repair plans to repair the issues addressed in site investigations.
• Handle presentations and question/answer sessions with customers.
• Analyze, Prepare and Sell ground improvement treatment plans.
• Coordinate with on-site technicians and clients to schedule work to be done regarding scope and methodology of work.
• Strategically plan with Customers on scheduling, problem solving, accounting and customer service at all stages of the job.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspection reports, data logs, and compliance documentation for accountability and future reference, in SalesForce.

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in construction inspection or management within residential or commercial projects; familiarity with foundation repair is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and construction protocols.
• Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and conduct thorough data collection on-site.
• Familiarity with CRMs, preferably SalesForce.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams including contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Construction site experience with a focus on foundational work such as soil stabilization or ground improvement techniques.
