Company Overview:
Geo4 Dynamics is deploying a revolutionary technology that up-cycles any waste
stream through molecular recycling into usable products and assets such as heat,
steam and water. This approach is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective
alternative to traditional processing of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), such as
landfilling and incineration.
Position Overview:
The Engineering Manager will lead and support all engineering activities related
to the design, development, and deployment of Geo4 Dynamics’ systems. This role
is responsible for managing engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence,
and aligning engineering execution with strategic objectives. The Engineering
Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the
VP of Engineering to drive innovation, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Oversee engineering design, development, and implementation of projects and systems.
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to define technical strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support hiring, training, and development of engineering team members.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

- Minimum of 7–10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in industrial systems, waste processing, energy systems, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex engineering projects preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Military service is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
