(GTA) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Abingdon, Maryland. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing, organizational, and graphic design skills.
Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate proposals, SOQs, qualification packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, including SF-330 and SF-255 documentation
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Support website updates, social media coordination, e-blasts, and digital marketing initiatives
- Maintain marketing databases, project experience information, and SharePoint resources
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, client events, and recruiting materials
- Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with prequalification/vendor submissions
- Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather project information and maintain brand consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
These are a PLUS:
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, CRM software, or digital marketing tools
- Graphic design, photograph, or video production experience
