- Develop full-scope collection strategies leveraging all DoD and National Technical Means (NTM) systems to meet high-priority intelligence needs.
- Assess, manage, and integrate intelligence information to support planning for CI and HUMINT programs and mission activities.
- Provide expert recommendations for integrating CI and HUMINT activities in combatant command operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience utilizing DoD and IC collection platforms, sensors, and PED processes.
- Apply Collection Operational Tasking and Reporting systems, Collection Operations Policy, and oversight requirements to collection planning.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership based on collection strategy assessments.
- Senior Level: Master’s degree 12 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree 17 years relevant experience
- Mid-Level: Bachelor’s degree 8 years relevant experience
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree 3 years relevant experience, or 7 years experience with no degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC collection management course
- Proven experience with CI and HUMINT programs and operations
- Knowledge of intelligence collection capabilities, PED, and planning tools
- Full understanding of Collection Operational Tasking and Reporting, tasking authorities, and HUMINT-related activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying actionable intelligence
- Regional expertise or prior experience in a specific Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Experience supporting joint task forces or Special Operations
- Familiarity with emerging intelligence technologies and data fusion techniques
- Experience supporting joint task forces, SOF, or conventional military operations
- Familiarity with advanced collection analytics and ISR fusion methodologies
