Geo-Logic Associates (GLA) is an employee-owned, multidisciplinary, civil, geologic, geotechnical, hydrogeologic, and environmental consulting firm. Our experienced professionals manage projects through 30 US office locations and an affiliate office in Peru. The firm was established in 1991. Our resources include well-qualified and experienced professionals with expertise in a diverse array of disciplines.
GLA is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to work in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Answer phones
- Handle office mail (incoming/outgoing)
- Assist Accounting with AP Invoices as they arrive
- Prepare packages for shipment
- Order/organize office and breakroom supplies
- General office and administrative duties
- Assist with other office duties as they arise and as needed
Requirements for the position:
- High school or GED (preferred)
- 1 years of experience in a front desk setting (preferred)
- Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Friendly voice and pleasant tone over the phone and in person
- Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
Candidate Must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License
