What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Geo-Flo Corporation?
Geo-Flo Corporation is seeking production associates for light assembly work in our manufacturing facility in Bedford, Indiana. Our plant is a clean, modern 52,000 square foot building heated and cooled by geothermal technology, and brightly lit with energy efficient LED lighting and natural sunlight. Our team members engage in a wide variety of work and take pride in building quality products. Ideal candidates are those with some experience working with hand tools, a desire to learn, and willingness to contribute to our small team of dedicated employees. Geo-Flo offers benefits including health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and holiday pay. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM. There are currently no second or third shifts, weekend shifts, and overtime is extremely rare. Pay increases will occur at 90 days, 180 days and one year with positive reviews from your supervisor.
