GEO Academies is seeking motivated, responsible, and student-centered high school seniors to join our team as GEO Cadets-paid academic tutors who will work directly with younger students in small-group and one-on-one settings. As a GEO Cadet, you will provide instructional support in literacy, helping K-3 students build foundational skills and develop confidence in the classroom.

- Current high school senior enrolled in a GEO Academy or partner high school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with guidance.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to education.
- Ability to consistently work 10-20 hours per week during the school day.
- Must pass required background checks and clearances.
