Job Title: GenAI Architect / Lead ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Define model architecture and PEFT strategy
- Select base models and assess LoRA/QLoRA compatibility
- Design training pipeline and resource allocation
- Ensure auditability, reproducibility, and versioning
- Collaborate with MLOps for deployment and rollback
