Customer Service & Dispatch Representative – Genzel Plumbing

What You’ll Do:
As our Customer Service & Dispatch Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that greets our customers and the organized mind that keeps our team on schedule. You’ll help coordinate daily service calls, manage schedules through ServiceTitan, and ensure that our customers receive timely and professional communication every step of the way.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Answer and route inbound calls with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set, location, and urgency
- Keep clear, detailed notes in the system for every call and job
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Strong customer service or dispatching background
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to grow with the company
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time to start, with the goal of moving into a full-time role
- Monday–Friday, 12:00am–5:00pm
- Pay range: $19–$21/hour, based on experience
