What Your Day Looks Like- Handle residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs
- Diagnose circuits and equipment using modern tools and tech
- Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs smooth
- Put safety first and raise the bar for quality
- Knock out additional tasks with confidence and pride
- Hands-on residential electrical experience
- 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Journeyman license preferred (but not a dealbreaker)
- Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
- Strong communication and technical electrical skills
- Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve
