What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Electrician:
- Inspect residential electrical work for NEC and MN code compliance in and around the Twin Cities
- Ensure jobs are ready for inspection by local/state electrical inspectors
- Train and mentor electrical apprentices
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, dispatch, and internal teams
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned!
What We’re Looking For in a Quality Assurance Electrician:
- Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required
- Valid Driver’s License Required (we provide the vehicle!)
- Keen knowledge residential systems and code compliance
- Strong leadership and teaching abilities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- Able to adapt to change!
