The Details
- Shift: 9a-9pm on Sat and Sun
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing support to residents with mental illness, helping them reach their goals and live their best lives.
- Assisting with behavior management strategies and providing positive reinforcement.
- Encouraging residents to engage in healthy activities and social interactions.
- Offering compassion, guidance, and consistency in day-to-day support.
- Assisting designated coordinator with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- A big heart and the passion to help others!
- A calm, patient, and flexible demeanor.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health is a plus, but not a requirement – we’ll provide training!
- An energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (we need you to be mobile to support our residents effectively).
- A background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
