- Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- New equipment and tooling commissioning
- Capacity and headcount planning
- Production readiness reviews
- Evaluation of engineering changes and impact on production flow
- Strategic cost‑reduction projects
- Time studies and process observations
- Current‑state vs. future‑state mapping
- Data‑based prioritization of improvement opportunities
- Standard work instructions
- Yamazumi charts and takt‑based staffing plans
- Line balance and variability reduction
- Human‑machine collaboration
- Digital tools and simulation
- AI‑supported decision making
Provide informal guidance to newer team members.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
- Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop technical understanding of bio‑manufacturing processes
