Our client, a privately owned real estate investment firm is seeking a strategic Portfolio Manager with a strong background in violations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee a team of Property Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Understand local housing and building laws
- Track, manage, and resolve all violations through a disciplined compliance calendar, ensuring timely correction and verified close‑out.
- Drive full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to housing, safety, and building operations.
- Standardize and optimize day-to-day operations across a diverse, large-scale portfolio to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Conduct regular on‑site property inspections to ensure compliance with applicable
regulations, preventative maintenance standards, and overall building condition and
appearance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years of progressive leadership in real estate operations, with a proven track record of managing residential portfolios.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
