We are working with a well-respected NYC real estate firm seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with internal teams to gather inputs and track performance
- Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and key metrics for decision-making
- Analyze business performance, including profitability, cash flow, and investments
- Prepare management and stakeholder reports, presentations, and materials
- Evaluate financial impact of new initiatives and support investment analysis
- Assist with reporting processes, systems improvements, and ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience (corporate finance, FP&A, asset management, real estate valuation, etc)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to create clear, executive-level presentations
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
