Qualifications:
The Ideal Automotive Counter Sales Trainee Will Have:
- Strong Knowledge and Experience of All Things Automotive
- A Passion for Delivering Customer Care Every Day
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Motivation to Train and Learn
- A Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation
- Prior Experience in the Retail Industry, Preferably in an Automotive Parts Department
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Able to Work Retail Hours, Including Weekends and Holidays
- Able to Process Cash, Checks, and Credit Card Transactions
- Capable of Lifting and Moving Items up to 45 Pounds
