Job Overview
Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Mission Manager at one or more company-owned Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) locations. This individual will be responsible for providing management assistance, developing quality personnel, and ensuring the overall performance and cleanliness of the site.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction
- Inventory Management/Return on Investment (ROI)
- Utilization of available tools for tracking value-added items for customers
- Maintenance and Development of local non-NAPA vendor relationships
- Timely Response to customer purchase and service questions
- Understanding and Compliance with all contract requirements
- Strategic Planning with company and customer management teams
- Buy-out PO Process in TAMS
- Use of approved non-company line codes
- Sourcing parts needs for customers through IBS vendors
- Service Level Goals per IBS customer agreements
- Minimization of inventory shrinkage through proper processes
- Timely and Accurate Merchandise Receipt and stockroom management
- Create a Safe Work Environment
- Compliance with Company Policies
- Bar coding inventory and bin location assignment
- Return of Non-Company Excess Inventory
- Collaboration with Site Manager on daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation items
- Relationship Building and negotiation with non-company vendors
- Follow-up on all IBS policies and procedures
- Completion of all available IBS operations training
- Task Assignments from Site Manager
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Technical School or College Degree a plus
- ASE Certification within 12 months
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Detail Orientation
- Demonstrated Leadership in the Automotive After-Market Industry
- Familiarity with Organization's Store Services
- High Character and Integrity
- Ability to Provide Strong Leadership
